Recently sold 8” hidden-tang chef with a more aggressive distal taper and solid brass bolster. 52100, and the other materials are black linen micarta and a rich cocobolo.

Back on the full-tang game! This is a 52100 workhorse, 3/16” at the base of the spine with applied steel bolsters and ebony scales with the small brass corby bolts. Very happy with this one and even happier to send it out to my good friend Owen
